Oyabun no Erohon 1

After a night of drinking with Prussia and Romano, Spain returns home heavily intoxicated. France soon drops by to check on him and deliver some souvenirs. Still drunk, Spain initiates sex with France, and the two end up sleeping together. Sometime later, Romano arrives at the house and finds Spain resting. Noticing the lingering scent of perfume, Romano pulls down Spain's pants and discovers physical evidence that he has just been intimate with someone else.
