During a shared taxi ride, Ogawa opens up to Sakurai about her deceased younger sister, noting a strong resemblance between the two. Meanwhile, Yano and Atsushi discuss Yano's aspirations to become a professional mangaka and surpass his famous father, but are interrupted by their neighbor Saito. Saito confronts them about trash from their room while carrying a large, sentient eye named Catherine in her backpack. Elsewhere, Sakurai is questioned in the staff room after her student ID and clothes are found abandoned in a bathroom. After trying on shorts due to Ogawa's compliment, Sakurai is mocked as a 'white piggy' by boys before her skin suddenly tears open, emitting blue sparks and causing her immense pain in public.
