In the third file of the Super Milk-san Protection Facility School series, a male teacher is targeted by Karin Tachibana, a student who is frustrated with always being second best to Kurumi Kuretani. Karin invites the teacher to her apartment, ties him up, and forces herself on him, declaring her intention to get pregnant by him before Kurumi can. Karin Tachibana forces herself on Sensei, expressing her frustration and jealousy over his relationship with Kurumi Kuretani. After they have sex, she calms down and allows him to leave. However, as Sensei heads home, he is confronted by his sister, Mainoka, who is wielding a kitchen knife and reveals she has been watching him through a hidden camera.
