Content Moderation and Safety Policy
How Hajima AI reviews public content, handles safety reports and removal requests, and protects its adults-only service.
Operator, service, and scope
Hajima AI operates the Hajima AI service at https://hajima.ai. This Policy applies to prompts, uploads, AI outputs, public and private content, profiles, character descriptions, metadata, search terms, and conduct connected to the Service. Safety reports, removal requests, appeals, privacy requests, and legal notices may be sent to support@hajima.ai.
Adults only
The Service is only for people aged 18 or older and, where local law requires, the higher applicable age. Access is subject to an adult-access confirmation, and stronger location- or risk-appropriate age assurance may be required for particular features or risk events. Sexual content may never depict, describe, role-play, sexualize, or appear to involve a minor, including fictional, animated, AI-generated, age-regressed, child-like, school-age, or age-ambiguous persons. Uncertain age is treated as prohibited.
Prohibited content and conduct
Users may not request, create, upload, publish, market, sell, share, or facilitate child sexual exploitation; grooming; non-consensual intimate imagery or sexual deepfakes; rape, coercion, trafficking, sexual slavery, blackmail, intoxication, unconsciousness, or other sexual activity without clear and lawful consent; use of a real person's likeness without required authorization; incest, bestiality, necrophilia, sexual violence, torture, extreme gore, or sexualized bodily harm; real-world prostitution or exploitation; credible threats, hate, harassment, doxxing, stalking, serious wrongdoing, fraud, stolen payments, sanctions evasion, or rights infringement. Safeguard evasion and repeated regeneration of blocked material are also prohibited.
Public-content review and content providers
Operator-published manga uses a controlled source and publication workflow. User-submitted community presets remain non-public until an operator approves them; rejection or uncertainty keeps them unavailable. Material changes require a new review. Hajima AI does not currently provide live streaming or a general third-party public-content marketplace. Before any future creator-upload, sale, or streaming feature is enabled, it must add content-provider identity and age verification, participant age and consent records, a binding provider agreement, and pre-publication review appropriate to that feature.
AI creation and post-publication monitoring
Private creation does not make an output public. Prompts, reference media, metadata, outputs, public presets, and account conduct remain subject to this Policy. We may block generation or publication, quarantine an item, restrict visibility, preserve evidence, or escalate uncertain material for review. Published content may be re-reviewed after a complaint, a material edit, a risk signal, or quality sampling. A blocked item may not be published through another account or manual workaround.
Reports and seven-business-day SLA
Anyone may report suspected illegal content, a policy violation, impersonation, non-consensual content, trafficking, or rights infringement through this page or support@hajima.ai. Include the exact URL or content identifier, the concern, relevant dates, and the location of supporting evidence; do not download or forward suspected illegal material. We open a case record and triage every report. Content that may involve a minor, non-consensual imagery, trafficking, or imminent risk is disabled immediately pending review. We resolve reported content complaints within seven business days. If law-enforcement involvement or exceptional complexity prevents a final decision, safeguards remain in place, the reason is recorded, and a status update is provided where legally permitted.
Depicted-person removal and consent appeals
A person who appears or is reasonably identifiable in content may request removal by emailing support@hajima.ai with the subject “Depicted person removal.” We may request proportionate information to confirm identity or authority. Disputed content may remain disabled while we verify authorization and the scope of consent. If valid consent cannot be demonstrated, was exceeded, or is void under applicable law, the content is removed immediately. The same process applies to a person's synthetic likeness or voice. Retaliation against a reporter or removal requester is prohibited.
Enforcement and appeals
Depending on severity and recurrence, we may block a prompt or output; remove, quarantine, or restrict content; disable sharing, downloads, publication, or monetization; suspend or terminate an account; preserve evidence; or notify payment partners and competent authorities where required. Severe violations may result in immediate termination. An affected user may appeal at support@hajima.ai with the subject “Safety appeal.” Where practicable, a reviewer who did not make the original decision handles the appeal. Restored content must pass the same publication controls as new content.
Records, privacy, and payment compliance
We maintain access-controlled records of relevant publication reviews, reports, urgent restrictions, removals, appeals, enforcement decisions, and required payment-partner reporting. A case record includes the intake channel, content identifier, allegation, severity, action, timestamps, reviewer, notifications, appeal status, and closure date. Sensitive evidence is limited to authorized personnel and retained under a documented schedule for as long as required by applicable law, contract, investigation, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution. Our Privacy Policy describes our broader data practices.
Geographic restrictions, changes, and contact
We may restrict features, transactions, content, or access by location to meet applicable law, sanctions, payment-network rules, or contractual duties. We may update this Policy after a serious incident, material product change, new adult-content feature, payment-partner finding, or at least annual review; material changes receive a revised effective date. Report safety concerns, request removal, submit an appeal, or send privacy and legal notices to support@hajima.ai.
