Hyakkasou 10 Kindan Kaigo Hakui no Kingin Sousetsu

Two nurses, one with silver hair and the other with gold hair, are assigned to care for an injured and immobilized old master. Their medical care quickly devolves into sexual harassment and exploitation as they take advantage of his vulnerable state. Over the course of a month, the nurses subject the old man to various non-consensual sexual acts, using his body strictly for their own pleasure. Eventually, the old master fully recovers from his injuries. Having secretly learned a new transformation technique during his ordeal, he angrily punishes the two nurses by ordering them to clean the toilets.
