P.S.C. Undercover Investigator Reiko Episode 15: Exile City Arc

In January 2068, a monstrous man terrorizes the Kanto suburbs with a relentless spree of violence, murder, and rape. His overwhelming power allows him to destroy a historic martial arts dojo overnight and wipe out a fully armed special forces unit. During an intense sexual encounter with a prostitute, he crushes her to death in a powerful embrace at the moment of climax. Discovering the bodies of several prostitutes, Iwasetsukai advisor Hiroshi Tanimura and executive Ken Maeda realize the monster is responsible, prompting Maeda to suggest sending another monster to eliminate him. The story culminates in a bloody scene where a woman named Reiko is left battered and impaled.
