Caregiver Maki is asked by Watanabe's wife to look after the elderly patient Watanabe, and she begins care by groping his chest and genitals. Watanabe starts passive then becomes aggressive, groping Maki, performing oral sex, and ejaculating inside her. She asks him to pull out due to pregnancy risk, but he says he will make a baby.
